Williams Plumbing & Heating

Mr. Robert Williams did a fantastic job installing my new water heater. I was very distraught because no one would come to my rescue immediately! Either they wouldn't return my phone calls, wanted to transact business over the phone, or wanted me to accompany them to a home improvement store to ?pick out? a water heater. I didn't have the time or energy to go out browsing for water heaters! I explained my dilemma to Mr. Williams. He arrived at my house for his initial assessment on Thursday evening on time. The next morning (1/18/2013), he was at my house, again, on time, with a brand new water heater. He removed the old one, installed the new one according to CODE, cleaned up the debris plus took the old water heater away when he left! Amazing! He was at my house 3 hours tops. Mr. Williams is a Master Plumber, LICENSED, BONDED, and INSURED. The work was done expeditiously. The water heater area looks exceptional. And Mr. Williams is very professional. His quality of service is outstanding. I?m a very pleased and satisfied customer. I plan to call him for future jobs. I join Angie?s List so he could be added to her list of plumbers because Mr. Robert Williams surely is the Master Plumber sent from heaven. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you Mr. Williams!
