Was willing to work with us on type of skylights
Helped us work with the insurance company
Completed the work as scheduled
Cleaned the property after job completion
Returned after a storm to check on an area of concern -- it was fine
With roofing work the final proof of good work can be years later -- we will keep Angies informed!

I called Mr. Whisonant and left a message requesting an estimate for a leak around my pipe vent collar or whatever the correct name is and replacement of some missing shingles. He returned my call the next day and put me on his schedule for that afternoon. I was at work but Mr. Whisonant asked if I was okay with him examining my roof while I was not at home. He came out that afternoon, called and told me my vent collar was perfectly fine. I told him I thought it needed replacing because I had water stains on my bedroom ceiling in an area just beneath the vent collar area of my roof. Upon further inspection he found that my shingles had been damaged from some previous work done around that area. He also noted that some of the other shingles I had replaced previously were off-color and had not been put on properly. He sent pictures to my cell phone to show me.

He replaced the damaged shingles, the missing shingles, the off-color shingles and put on a new vent collar. He sent me pictures when he was done to show the work had been done. He said he noticed some earthquake damage to a row of bricks and did some repair work there as well for no extra charge. Everything looked great! Mr.Whisonant provided great service at an affordable price. What more can you ask? I highly recommend him!

Terry Whisonant did a great job. He was responsive, very knowledgable, communicated when delayed due to previous job, provided detailed invoice w/ photos of repairs. Couldn't be more happy with his service and highly recommend.

When he came out to fix things he did so, and he explained things thoroughly. He not only fixed my immediate problem, he also took photos with his phone to explain what further work could be done, and he showed them to me on his phone at the time. He later sent me an estimate and wrote me a very nice letter and included full-sized photographs of the pictures from his phone with advice for repairs for the roof and gutters. I was very impressed with his business-like manner and his honesty, and I feel his price was very reasonable.
