+ 0 moreThey are more expensive but they always say you get what you pay for. The internet speed is on the mark, it is 100%. We can now access all of our systems. As far as phones, we ahve better phone service. We have better response and our phones don't go out.

+ -1 moreI can't stand them but there are no other choices that work. I haven't really tried anyone else. They are very inflexible. They don’t' try to solve the problem when I have a problem; they try to sell me more services.

+ 1 moreI use Verizon as my home phone and internet service provider. I have been with Verizon for about 10 years. The internet is very good. I am not happy with their customer service, you can not speak with anyone after 5:00 pm. I feel the pricing is very high for the service provided. I am currently looking for another service provider for my landline and internet service.
