concrete repair
 + -1 moreThey were violating the county laws. Three additional trucks had their motors running in the caul de sack. When approached they refused to stop. The police were called and an incident report was filed. More than one neighbor had complained and there are only 5 of us in the caul de sack. They were not very professional they could have just said maam I am very sorry.
Description of Work: They were doing the cement and sand at my neighbors house at 630am.
