COMPANY HISTORY: The Solid State Home Improvement Company opened its doors for operation in 1982. Since that time, we have completed more than 1500 residential and commercial remodeling jobs. Our area of expertise is custom additions, kitchens, bathrooms, window replacement, and handyman services. COMPANY PHILOSOPHY: Solid State believes in making a fair profit by hiring, training, motivating, and rewarding a highly professional group of employees who work as a team to produce a well-crafted product and a highly satisfied customer. We pride our selves on integrity, craftsmanship and professionalism. QUALITY: The word quality has multiple meanings. Two of these meanings are critical to the remodeling for your home: 1. Product Satisfaction: The overall appearance of your home, layout and design of each room, energy consumption, plumbing and electrical performance. 2. Freedom From Dissatisfaction: Failure to meet deadlines and lack of quality workmanship. The contractor who provides you with the lowest bid may not be able to remodel your home to your satisfaction.
