Although we were connected to you and your organization through your affiliation with HomeFree-USA we were somewhat reluctant to follow through with seeking your assistance due to what we later learned to be the usual communication inefficiencies that result from such exchanges. Since she was gathering a great deal of information, we made sure it was provided timely and she would always confirm receipt via phone or e-mail shortly thereafter, which was very reassuring. She also called us prior to settlement to congratulate us on the purchase of our new home!!! We really appreciated that.
