Property Management
Derrick was sometimes late when showing homes. He advised he had to create fraudulent documents to try to help her obtain the home. She paid $199 for a service. $600 for paperwork. She continuously called him, and received his voicemail. He only showed her 3 homes in 2 months. All of which could be found on Zillow. Needless to say she never moved. She had to move in with me for 2 months until she finally found a legitimate rental property. This man is a rip off. He takes advantage of people with bad credit. He sells them hope and plays on their desperation.
