Furniture - Sales
I gave the down payment and told them that if the bedroom in the new home was to small I would need to go queen instead of king along with a couple of other pieces. They then claimed that I owed a restocking fee of $700 for restocking fees for furniture they never ordered. After paying that ridiculous fee they said it would take 30 days to get my money back and they wouldn't mail it. I had to go to the store and pick it up. The manager talked down to me like a was a child. I will never go there again and have nothing good to say about them at all! the salesman never mentioned any restock fees whatsoever!
