He was very helpful and followed up on my needs. He was on the road most of the time answering all my questions and giving me confirmations. Everything with him went smoothly. His pricing was good compared to the agents and he even gave me some cash back on the last date.

He is very thorough. He doesn't care about the price as far he it is the home that you are looking for and he makes sure that you get really should have. He won't oversell you the property and whatever he sells he allows you to look at.
