They do a good job overall. They are kind of hard to get a hold of. They is usually a crew here to do the work.

Some of the work was somewhat questionable, but I put up with it because they were quick and reasonable. Most recently I sent a prepayment of $100 for a month of work which included two cuttings. They never came out to do the work and never called me to let me know what was going on. Now that the prepaid month is over, they refuse to contact me back to either give me my money back or do the work.

At this point I would not recommend them at all.

I contacted them and left a message. Then called back and reached them. The woman was VERY patient, polite and knowledgeable. They have standard pricing based on approximate size, and it is very reasonable. And they clean up the clippings!!! NO ONE cleans up the clippings for this price! They did a fantastic job. One alert: they are not very good about calling you. You will need to make the phone calls and early mornings and weekends are actually best to reach a live person. They are well worth this little bit of extra effort.

I used this company as my provider between 2003-2005 and was very happy with them. I tried a few other companies that may have been cheaper but no one ever compared to the quality service I got from Perfect Lawn. I got married and my husband took over the yard work to save some money. Well needless to say that did not go well as he was too busy and wasn't consistent and I needed to call Perfect Lawn again as the grass got too high. They quickly scheduled a date and did a great job while we were at work. I think this season I will just use them as our regular service and fire my husband :)
