lawn mower repair
 + -1 moreSame as the previous person. Lady that answers the phone unresponsive, vague, and very quick to get of the phone. No information and lack of caring. Always very busy and get to you when we can. So why do we use them? Guess cause the work is spot on but they may take along time to pick up and a long time to get the mower back. So if you have a long time, this is the place to go because they are spot on with fixing.
Description of Work: Need 2 mowers picked up.

 + -1 moreI had to call a couple of times to ask for a status and was told each time that it was in the queue and someone would call me. That's fine, if someone called - even just to say it hasn't been looked at and when it would be. The lady that answers the phone isn't overly friendly and helpful. The work was spot on though!
Description of Work: Weed eater wouldn't run.
