Maple Leaf Landscaping and Tree Service

Overall I was pleased with the work performed.  He came quickly and offered a good price.  I asked him regarding payment and if I should leave a check or some form of payment.  He said no worries and he would bill me later. As agreed, he billed me on November 28th as postmarked on his envelope which was a Wednesday.  I received the invoice on Thursday night after arriving home from work.  I put the payment in the mail on Saturday morning.  Saturday afternoon he called me demanding payment and asking if I "took care of the payment."  I told him I only received the invoice on Thursday and that I put the payment in the mail that Saturday morning. He went on to express his displeasure that he had not yet received a payment. I was stunned that he was being so pushy and pretty rude about an invoice that I had just received.  Nevertheless, the check has now cleared my account and he is paid in full.  For this reason, I will never use his service again or recommend anyone to him.

The person who came out was Mr. Bell. I was quite pleased with his price and performance. I had a couple others do tree service on previous occasions but was not happy with them. The tree was bending over and threatening the fence and was eventually going to fall on somebody. They also topped the rest of my Leyland Cypresses; they took about 10 feet off the top. They were quick, good and very cheap. They came out when they said they would and finished the job within a couple of hours.

Recently, they had to come because our neighbor's tree fell in our yard during the recent hurricane that hit the area. The workers were fast, courteous and professional and to reduce cost they cut the tree and discarded it behind my back gate. I was very pleased with the removal process and the clean up. Mr. Bell and his team are top notch.
