The salesman that came out was very knowledgeable and went through options with me about the quality of windows. He sent me all the paper work I needed. The installation was not so great. There was a communication barrier between me and the workers. When I had a problem with the windows, they did responded. I had a leak and they told me the leak was not my windows since it was more than 6 months.

The doors I installed were purchased from them. It took them about three and half hours to install the doors. They took out a sliding glass door I had in and installed two double French doors.

We are generally pleased with Home Depot. I have no concerns or questions about them. I make purchases there of one kind or another. I'm generally satisfied with their products and services provided by their people including answering my questions that I may have. I go there all the time and I'm a very frequent customer so I go there very often. I just go there, shop and go home so I don't have anything delivered. I deal with different people at different times and there is not always one person.

They are very helpful. They usually greet us and say hello. If they see us walking around they would come and see if they could help us. That's really nice of them. They are more professional than others. They are just fine.

The installation of lock was a part of the door installation. It was good. Everything went smooth and there were no problems. I have used them before for a lot of different things.
