Garbage Collection
Their truck started to leak oil on our drive way. We notified them as soon as we saw it and they assured me they would take care of it. After that they continued to come twice a week and it kept leaking oil so they were well aware of the problem. I've called numerous times and they never call back and keep putting me off to the side. They even said they are too busy dealing with these complaints to address ours. They still want our money for the service even though there is a three foot wide path of oil down the hill.
