Mr Graham arrived on time with his helper who was in training. He explain to me in terms that I understood. He also had a model of my unit to show me how it would be working after he completed the job. Once we agreed on a price he started the work. Everything was done in a few hours. My heat was restored and we agreed that my out door unit need to be cleaned so we set up a date for that job. Mr Graham and his helper did a great job. After the work was done they cleaned up all the dirt that had been in the unit. I was very impressed with the fact that Mr Graham trainee and helper was a women.

My unit is very old and they were able to repair it temporarily. They were not able to fully diagnose the problem, so it was only fixed for a short amount of time. The problem was not completely solved. The did try and they did good work for the job they did do. They were on schedule and didn't leave a mess for me.
