I'm so glad that I didn't go through with the original duct cleaning company I found who wanted to over charge me. If you are looking for a company that will clean you duct system, dryer vent and HVAC mold treatment, look no further. Dr Duct made us feel good about my decision and their price is very reasonable. Mr. Floyd was very professional and very friendly!! Also was boss lady who helped schedules the appointments lol. I don’t remember her name but that’s what he calls her! I would use them again and will definitely be referring them to friends and family.

where do I start? I found this company after asking for recommendations on Facebook. I had experienced a horrible encounter with another company and this company was mentioned quite a few times. I called and the woman on the phone was so pleasant. I briefly explained how another company tried to bait and switch me and how horrible I was feeling. she made me feel a sense of relief with her warm tone. she assured me I wouldn't be treated with any disrespect . covid has put me in such a tough spot and she went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. they showed up a few days later and I was a little hesitant but all my fears were put to rest. the gentleman that came to my home (I wish I could remember names at this point ) was AMAZING. he was so pleasant and kind. my kids couldn't leave him alone. it made me happy to have him explain to me everything that was gonna be done for the cleaning of my ducts and as he was cleaning he informed me that there was absolutely no reason for all the crazy charges the other company tried to push on me. he was thorough and worked in a timely manner. from point A with dealing with the woman on the phone to point Z having the work completed; it was a definite 5 stars!! I would recommend this company to everyone. hire them and you won't be disappointed!!! thank you so much for helping me and making me feel so much better about the service!

Dr. Duct is a first-rate business. From start to finish the service was first class. I was able to quickly get an appointment and the day of the scheduled service, the professional arrived on time. He quickly identified the issue, which was communicated to me prior to starting the work. He resolved the issue and shared pictures. When I inquired about getting a second dryer in the home serviced, he said he did not want to take my money unnecessarily and told me the warning signs I should be aware of to identify future issues. So rare to find someone so honest these days. I cannot say enough great things about this company and will continue to use them in the future. The price for service is definitely better than you will find in the market.

Initially, I reached out to the company for an air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. The technician accompanied me on a walk through around my home and explained that an air duct cleaning was not needed since the unit was fairly new. This was very refreshing to hear as many companies unfortunately complete services that are sometimes not needed. It was explained that I was in need of a dryer vent cleaning which is what I expected. The technician was punctual, fair in price, and extremely professional. I received A+ treatment from the time that I scheduled the appointment until even after the appointment was completed. I will definitely contact Dr. Duct again for services!

Dr. Duct provided us with exceptional service! They gave me a window of time and because I am so used to companies showing up at the tail end of the window, I was thoroughly surprised that they actually showed up early!! I was initially a little apprehensive to have someone in our home during this pandemic, but they came in suited, booted and masked – which immediately put me at ease! The team was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process as to their findings and recommendations. I received the main air duct cleaning service and the dryer vent cleaning service with the sanitizing and deodorizing treatment package. Their prices were extremely competitive (actually the best out of the quotes we received for the level of service and SF of our home), and most importantly they did not try to “up-sell” us on any other services at all. They gave honest advice and feedback – including that the next service would be many years down the road – along with before and after pictures!
