In Mrs. Addison's defense, at first, I thought the seller's agent was upset because he may have hoped he would not have to split his commission. But Mrs. Addison's actions suggested that something else went on with the seller agent to void the deal. Afterwards we tried to move on to new houses. Mrs. Addison now will have to show us houses, the grunt work. She never listened to our criteria, continued showing us anything with a sidewalk. She also questioned our selections as if she did not want to waste time showing. She often did not respond to voicemail, then would call days later as if she never heard my message. She was forgetful and acted as if she did us a favor. One house we looked at, she stated that she did not want to waste her time, because she knew we wouldn't like it. How dumb! We fired her, two weeks had passed. A new buyer agent went back to make the original offer, it was approved, and we live there to this day.
