 + -1 moreIn Mrs. Addison's defense, at first, I thought the seller's agent was upset because he may have hoped he would not have to split his commission. But Mrs. Addison's actions suggested that something else went on with the seller agent to void the deal. Afterwards we tried to move on to new houses. Mrs. Addison now will have to show us houses, the grunt work. She never listened to our criteria, continued showing us anything with a sidewalk. She also questioned our selections as if she did not want to waste time showing. She often did not respond to voicemail, then would call days later as if she never heard my message. She was forgetful and acted as if she did us a favor. One house we looked at, she stated that she did not want to waste her time, because she knew we wouldn't like it. How dumb! We fired her, two weeks had passed. A new buyer agent went back to make the original offer, it was approved, and we live there to this day.
Description of Work: Once I found a house, I tried to hire her as my buying agent since the credit union (where I was obtaining my mortgage) would give me a rebate. We are living in the house we selected through her, but she did not represent us as our agent. We had to ask her to release us from our contract, because of several events that took place that showed she was not responsive to our needs in so many occasions, and she possibly made the selling agent angry where they did not want to offer us the house. When we got another agent, the deal was immediately put back into place, and our new agent thought that she may have created some situation with the buyer's agent that voided the deal. We should have been the ideal client to Deloris Addison, agent of Keller Williams. By the time we called her, the only thing she had to do was present our offer. She did not have to do any grunt work of spending numerous hours showing us houses. When she presented our offer to the seller's agent it was rejected.
