Real Estate Service
I was referred to Cynthia by a friend. I immediately found Cynthia knowledgeable about real estate and the market and extremely responsive. She immediately sent me listings that met my interest. She was very quick to respond and when we found a property we liked, she quickly prepared the contract and followed up with the seller. She kept us up to date along the way. Once we were under contract, Cynthia provided resources for us to find inspectors and follow up on pending issues. I found Cynthia extremely professional, punctual and responsive - which I loved! The seller agent was a bit difficult during the closing process, but Cynthia was persistent and followed through to make sure all contract terms were complete in a timely manner. I highly recommend Cynthia.
