We are planning on putting our house on the market and thought we would have to rip out our carpeting. We figured we would give them a good cleaning and see how they look. Crystal Clean scheduled us just a few days after we called. They quoted us a price over the phone. Crystal Clean was able to get out all of the stains. They stretched the carpets for us for an extra (worthwhile) cost. They suggested instead of throwing out our family room carpet to let them see if they could get it clean. They did! They restreched the carpet in the family room and it's good as new! Thrilled! they gave us a low price with no extra costs. Would definitely use them again. I have already recommended them to a friend. I don't know if they could have moved the furniture themselves, my husband helped them. (not a big deal)

They show up on time, they get ALL stains out of carpet and their price can't be beat. I've used other "big name" carpet cleaners and the results simply do not compare. People who come to my house always ask who we use and we've given them many, many referrals. Can't be beat!

They did not move anything I had to move all items, they made little attempt to clean area's that weren't easy accessed. The carpet looked good until it dried then it turned white and I would never use them again.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE SPOTS, WERE THOROUGH, EFFICIENT, PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE. THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE.
