This is a woman owned company. The people she sent out, they were just so great! Something happened where initially they didn't come as expected and she ended up sending me a $20 bill to say sorry I appreciate your business. Tthey did a really good job. They found a bird in my dryer vent and normally the guy said we would've charged you more, but we took it out and didn't charge you. It was s special because I was new, it was like a $90 special.

I am not good in giving you the details.   My impression was that two employees were in hurry to leave.  For example, I had to remind them to finish cleaning in the basement.    I had to help them to show them where the area needed to be cleaned.

In the future, I will not hire them again.

excellent......technician was prompt and did not rush the job. He made sure that I observed the amount of debris coming from the outdoor dryer vent. Also, he removed a dead bird from the vent that I was not charged extra for! I will use this company in the near future to have my air ducts cleaned.

I like that they will actually show you what is in your ducts and will also show you what they took out. They also did my dryer. He actually took my dryer apart and showed me before and after cleaning.

They were prompt, professional, reasonably priced and efficient.

Everything was done well and the quality of the work was fine. It was excellent. I would tell Angie's List members to use them because of the quality of their work, I recommend them.

After looking through most of the companies on the list and finding out that they would not be available to provide the services until the middle of December or way asking close to $400 for a single home, contacted Capital Air Care and had an appointment within 24 hours.  Was called by the Scheduler within 1 hour of them arriving at the home just as she promised so my Saturday wasn't wasted sitting at home, they arrived to my house 5 minutes before me.  Phil and Dave walked me through the entire the process, covered my hardwood floors, wore booties and ensured that they cleaned up behind them.  Phil showed me my unit once he took the vents off and it was disgusting, no wonder my allergies went into high gear after living in my home for only 3 months.  As he cleaned them, I was able to see the after with my own eyes.  When everything was done, he marked how to proper direction for the handle for the dampers to go (since the home warranty HVAC person said they were closed, but were open).  We walked to each room and vent to ensure that it had a good amount of airflow coming out and it was a huge difference.  I should have called them before wasting mony on the home warranty service call.

The experience was great. The technicians were on time, extremely professional and quick.

Overall, the air ducts and dryer vent were much cleaner after they finished. The air smelled liked they sanitized and the air was lighter and less stale. I had scheduled the appointment for Thurs at 4:30pm, but they didn't come til close too 6pm due to traffic. However, Jonathan offered to do a free sanitization for being late, which he valued at around $200. I don't know if the sanitization came with the Angie's List special anyway b/c when I called to schedule the appointment, the lady said it came with the cleaning. Anyway, they cleaned all supply ducts, all return ducts (cold air return ducts), all main trunk lines, all plenums, and all air handlers and used E.P.A registered cleaning and sanitizing products. So I was happy with the job and the cost was about $40 less than the best air duct cleaning companies.
