They provide regular mowing, mulching, regular landscaping and gutter cleaning. They go to us twice a month. What I like about them is that they have a very personal service, they are reasonably priced, and they are responsive. They did not take out the trees for me, but they have a subcontractor that was very good in what he did and was reasonably priced. You can have a network of people that they know, who do the work. Their workmen are always polite and considerate. They clean up after themselves. When you start a project with them, they complete it and they keep you informed as much as you need to be informed.

The owner never contacted me before any of the services were performed. I started just leaving my gate unlocked just in case they came by, but this worried me that my dog might get out when the mowers came. Luckily, the first 4 times BP came when I happend to be home or when my dog and I were both away. I called the owner each time to remind him of our agreement that he would contact me before 7am of the day the crews would come to my house. The fifth (and final) time Ball Park came to my house, the owner did send me a text message at 7:30am, but I had already left for work. I wrote back that the gate was unlocked, but my dog would have access to the backyard and to please close the gate after work is finished. That afternoon I was notified by my neighbor that my gate was wide open and my dog was in the backyard. My dog could have easily been lost, killed or stolen.

You may wonder why I gave them so many chances - I am currently 9 months pregnant and my husband is in another state, so I really wanted this lawn service to work out. Unfortunately, the professionalism of both the owner and the crews was severely lacking. We are even out about $60 because we pay in advance every month, but we cannot trust them to continue to perform work at our house.

They are very quick and professional. They have military precision when they come through.
