One reason I always call on Belair Engineering and Service Company is the efficiency of their staff. The office staff is helpful and easy to schedule with. Their service people are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. You know you're getting your money's worth when you call on them.

Overall this was a good experience. The salesman explained in detail what system would meet my heating and AC requirements. He gave me serve options to choose from which I appreciated. The installation team was superb. They were punctual and completed the job earlier than I expected. The installation was perfect. They were extremely professional as well. Everything about the system was explained to me before they left, which I appreciated. Note: My one complaint is the company went overboard with the company labels. They are everywhere, even on the co2 detecters. A couple of strategically place labels is all we need.

I have used Belair in the past multiple times, and I will continue to use them. I find they are very responsive, professional, and can handle any problems that arise with the furnace, AC, and hot water heater.

Russell was professional, extremely courteous, and helpful in providing guidance for operating and maintaining in the future my fireplaces. If his service is representative of the company overall, I would look for future opportunities to use Belair Engineering

I received a 30 minute courtesy call from Rusty J at approximately 10:03AM and he arrived at 10:36AM. He came prepared to perform my annual fireplace fall check. He was courteous, pleasant and very thorough in doing his work. He was very professional. He made sure to cover each item on the procedures task list and left me a copy. He was also neat. He seemed very much to enjoy his work. Great job!

I've had them a number of years and never had a problem with them. I will absolutely use them again. They are rated A across the board. I cannot come up with one complaint against them.

We were very happy. It went really well. It was a while ago. I remember being happy with them. My husband was happy with it. We got a good price with an high quality carrier, and furnace. I think there was one of their representative when they work team was here, to make sure they did everything well. It took a little while, and I don't remember them being overly messy. They cleaned up after themselves. We hadn't had any problems. We have had it for six years now.

It was free. It was very good. I think they sent us a letter and we scheduled the time, and it was pretty quick. It went well. They were professional. They put on their little things going around the house.

The last few times we've used them we haven't really had success with them. We usually have a fall and spring checkup. We had a contract with them. The last time that we had a contract they were telling us there were problems with our furnace so they came in and replaced the part. And when they did it actually, the furnace was shutting off and on for us. So we had to have them back several times. We haven't used them since then and we used them for many many years. It was just for a routine service ,because we have a contract for spring and fall for routine checks, and when they came out to do the fall check they told us there was an issue with the furnace which we haven't had problems with.But they needed to replace a part After they did it, after that we started have problems with the furnace started cut off and on periodically and we had to reset it.. They finally did come back and resolve the problem and they said we need a new furnace. Our furnace has been working fine since they fixed it. It was a couple hundred dollars for the part that needed replacing even though we hadn't had problems with it. I would use them only in an emergency.

They’re punctual, friendly, clean and I don’t have to call them back and say this is wrong or that’s wrong or whatever. If something goes wrong I can call them and tell them that this isn’t working and another fact, it’s a female owned company.

They do cleanings. I had purchased my systems from them originally so they come out twice a year in the Fall they come out and service the furnace and then in the Spring they come and service, well I get the service contract from them, and they come out and service my air conditioning system. Each time I sign my service contract it’s like $129. It’s $129 for Spring and $129 for Fall. I’m just used to having them and they are efficient. They check the thermostat. They check everything. They check to see if you need coolant and they will add whatever you need, so far, I haven’t needed any. I just find them pretty good and friendly. I can’t see anything that they could have done differently. I’ve been using them for quite a few years.

We do have a contract with them. We’ve been having good experiences with them. We’ve had a few problems late at night and they’ve actually come out and worked on it and left. They didn’t charge us anything because we had the contract.

They're the ones that installed our new AC and heating so we have service contract with them. We are very happy with them. In a few weeks they are coming for the annual AC check up. We pay an annual fee for the service contract which I think is $175. So both inspections are part of that. We haven't used another company to give you a comparison on price. The $175 seemed reasonable to me at that time. They showed up when they said they would. They give you a time frame not an exact time. They showed up within the time frame. They called us to let us know they were on their way.
