Pressure Washing
Observed Mr. Maynard power washing neighbors home. Subsequently, I hired him to clean the aluminum siding of my 2 story single family home. On the north side of our residence we noticed some green molding forming on the siding. Mr. Maynard used a pressure washer with a chemical cleaning mixture. The apex of the roof on the side of my house is high and Mr. Maynard was able to clean the side without a ladder. Upon completion, I was impressed. The house siding was "clean and bright". Even the soffit was clean (something that past power washings was unable to get as clean as Maynard was able to do). None of the flowers, shrubs nor lawn was harmed by the cleaning mixture. He left no mess! I highly recommend him. Give him a chance - I think you will be pleased. PS - He gives senior discounts.
