The foyer had old vinyl floor tile which Mr. Brewster removed and replaced with ceramic tile. He did the same for the kitchen, the first-floor hallway and bathroom. For the enclosed porch off the living room, he removed warped walls and replaced the sub floor with plywood, backerboard and ceramic tile. The quality of the work is so superb that other contractors have asked for his phone number.
