Sleepy's Waldorf

It was good. The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He did try to upsell us but once we told him that we weren't interested, he was very respectful of that. What I liked about the sales guy is that he gave us our space but when we had questions, he was engaging and knowledgeable. It was like a no-pressure type of deal which I really appreciate. The delivery guys showed up 10 minutes before the delivery window which is "on time". When they tell me 8-12, I'm there sitting at 8 o'clock and wondering where are the guys, but they did show up on time. It was just a little bit later than the window that I was hoping, but they were very friendly and worked fast and efficiently. I think they charged $20 or something like that a piece to remove. We have a king sized bed so it cost $60 for them to remove our old king mattress and the 2 lock springs underneath. I wish somehow they have just included it in the price. I just think that if we're getting a new mattress, they should remove the other stuff for free. $60 to remove isn't too bad considering what their dump fees may be, but still it just seemed not so service oriented. I would have enjoyed it if they would not charge us, but they did. This is my second time with this particular Sleepy's so I am happy.
