They came early, did all the work. I ran into a few problems, they showed up immediately to fix them, for one of them I accidentally pushed the wrong button. They were very polite, fast, and even cleaned up after themselves. Great service!

They were very good. When they came down they sent a two man crew from Pennsylvania. They did amazing work. It is a nationally known company. I called their 800 number and they gave me a location close to me. I went with them because the tub was designed by orthopedic doctors, physical therapists and pain management doctors. It has been approved by the National Association for Arthritis. I did a lot of research and the tub comes with a lifetime warranty. If I sell the house they offer the warranty to the new owner at a discounted rate. It was expensive. The experience went great. They guy came out and sat for about 1-1/2 hours explaining the company and showing me information. He told me the prices and showed me the difference in the tub versus other walk-in tubs. They were just a great company and the tub is great. Everything comes standard, whereas these other companies charge extra for the heated seat, light and an aroma therapy feature. It has a shower head on it and has two safety bars. The door opens within itself really tight, has 16 regular jets and then has air jets too. The guys who came to do the work were amazing. There was no mess and no dust. It was hard because my bathroom and bedroom presented special challenges to keep clean but one guy stood with a vacuum and vacuumed everything while the other guy did drywall work. Because I am handicapped, it was an investment to increase my quality of life; that's the way I look at it. Their pricing was a little on the higher end, but it was worth it because when I look at the quality everything was extra. I could have paid less, but if I wanted some the features like heated seat and extra jets and lifetime warranty I did not have to pay extra. The tubs are made to order. They come out and measure. They are made in Tennessee so they are American-made and shipped it to me. This is good. They have good financing available and they are really good to work with because they work with a lot of seniors. They gave me their home number so if I had any problems I could call them.
