I have a contract with them. It is around $700 per year. The quality is good. For responsiveness, they set up an appointment, they come over and they call my house on the appointed date. They are very courteous. They come at the appointed time. They don't stay long. They check out the system and tell me how it is doing. I have also had a heat pump installed. I have been using them for probably over ten years now.
