Erv in Pickney Window Cleaning

I just felt like they came in with dirty rags to wash the windows. Even though they use the squeegees, the rags were filthy even before they started. They don't clean any of the wood work and the insides of the window wells were not even touch. They did not clean the wood work on the mullions. I have old-fashioned windows where you have wood work for each piece of glass. For the amount of money that I spent, it should have been a better job than that.

The realtor had recommended him. I certainly wouldn't recommend him. He showed up with a bucket and what looked like two dirty rags. He said that it didn't matter if the rags were dirty because he was squeegeeing the windows. But still he was wiping the squeegee with his dirty rag. The windows looked clean. So I have no complaints about that. But, he didn't clean any of the wood on the windows and I have the old fashioned mullions. Nothing was cleaned between the storm window and the window. So the track of the window near the window sill was still filthy dirty and all the wood of the windows were dirty. So I had to go behind him and wash all the wood which took a considerable amount of time. He charged $8.50 a window which I thought was expensive for not cleaning any wood. He didn't wash the screens. He just wiped them with the same dirty rag. So really the window screens were not cleaned at all. So, I was not happy.
