He's a licensed journeyman. He's very negotiable on price. I looked around for a lot of electricians to put in fans and they all wanted to charge me $100-$200 for each fan. He only charged $40 per fan. He was prompt, on time, and very polite. He cleaned up after himself. I actually was short on the money that I owed him. He was fine with it. He just said, "Let me know when you get it and I'll come back and get the money." He's very easy to deal with. Ryan Homes in Maryland contracts him to do all the electrical work for all of their houses. They trust him.
