The service with them is very good. The price is most likely average.

Overall with the expectation of the one customer system specialist I would say the front line people need more customer service training and they need to listen a little closer but once we returned over to the specialist everything change dramatically she was great.
So people answering the phone they didn't always understand, they might be nice but they didn't understand.

They were here around May of 2014. It cost between $8000 -$9000. The quality, it's excellent. They subcontracted to have the chimney liner put in and I didn't like what happened there by another place (Jack of Diamonds). They were fine it was just that with Jack of Diamonds.

We have a maintenance contract with them. We have an inside tank and there is an access point to the outside. We've been with them for a long time. They do a calculation based on our usage and the weather as to when the oil is getting low and schedule automatic deliveries.
