Brawn's Landscaping Service

Each time we've used Brawn's Landscaping Service we have been extremely pleased.
When we had the backyard re-landscaped in 2002, we called and left messages with numerous landscapers in the area for estimates.  Only two landscapers returned our call, Brawn's being one of them. The other landscaper's bid was twice that of Brawn's.  Brawn's delivered as promised and began and finished the project when Mr. Brawn said they would.  We were extremely pleased (to this day the backyard looks great) with Brawn's work.
Because of Brawn's prompt response, courteous service and delivering what was promised when we had the backyard done, we did not bother getting estimates from other landscapers in 2011 to have the overgrown bushes removed and replaced with new landscaping. Mr. Brawn recommended new plants to replace the old ones when we had no idea what we wanted other than the plants had to be low maintenance and different from what we had before. He offered advice as to how to maintain the new plants and keep them healthy and cheerfully answered other questions we had on other gardening issues not related to the project at hand.
Most recently in 2014, after the Japanese maple tree had died (the tree had been planted too deep when first planted a year before we purchased our home), again we called Brawn's and the tree was cut down and removed within the week. 
Only one time did we use another landscaper (Brawn's was unavailable to do the project within the time frame we needed), and it was a mistake.  The other landscaper did not deliver when promised by more than six weeks (in fact, we would have been better off if we had just waited for Brawn's) and that was only after leaving a message asking when the job would be done. When that message wasn't answered, we left another message asking for a refund of our deposit. The next day a worker appeared and did the work agreed upon.
Bottom line--Brawn's is an excellent landscaper and we will most definitely use them again for our next landscaping project.

They do a great job cleaning out by removing the grass specially around the pool, they come when they're supposed to every week because I like to entertain on the weekend, they make sure on Thursday or Friday and sometime it has to be Saturday morning just because of bad weather and they can't do Thursday or Friday, he's very responsive, I had a tree that fell down way too big for me to take care of last year in a thunder storm, he came and cut it off and dried it of, it was like half a tree, I am happy with them. I think a lot of times with the grass guys, purely cut grass, they take one too much, they're not on a regular schedule because they're taking other clients and I have had him several years and he'd never missed other than bad weather, I mean really bad weather, I just like their reliability, knowing that he's gonna be here, I have dogs also so I pretty much have to know, like if its raining, I just wanna know before hand what's gonna happen and know that they're gonna be here when they have to be, so its reliability but the price is excellent and they do a good job, the actual quality of the work and the reliability and the cost.
