Lawn Tool Repair
We discovered on Sunday after the last snowflake of the blizzard of 2016 also known as Jonas and/or Snowzilla that our Troy Bilt snow blower 2400 was not working.
I delivered my Troy Bilt snow blower 2400 to Bowen Farm Supply around 7:45 AM on the Monday after the storm.
I had an ideal that the carburetor was not working correctly. There were a number of snow blowers that were delivered at Bowen's before I arrived. Bowen Farm Supply called around 4:45 PM of the same day to inform me that the snow blower was ready for pick up. I was so glad to get same day service. They never promised same day service and I understood that there were customers that arrived before me. After a major snow storm and with so many customers I was happy to get their call.
When I returned home, my husband and my neighbors were like kids with a new toy. Our Troy Bilt snow blower 2400 started up like a brand new toy. Seeing my Troy Bilt snow blower 2400 throw the snow really lifted a load off of us.
I really want to share my good experience with Bowen Farm Supply after Snowzilla.
As a result of Bowen Farm Supply fixing my snow blower, we can clear a path for my dog and the storm drains. Failure to clear a path for the melting snow to the storm drains has the potential to creating a flood event in an area not prone to flooding.
As for my dog, getting our Troy Bilt snow blower 2400 fixed is cheaper than a vet bill.
In the future, I will return with both my generator and snow blower for a year check up.
