Excellent.  Crew showed up and got right to work.  Done in 2 days, no problems.  Looks as good as I had envisioned ... no, it looks better than I envisioned.  Very professional company.

The job went very well. Shane understood the requirements and had his crew execute in a timely and professional manner. The quality was great and clean up afterwards spotless.

Overall, they did excellent work. We started by getting multiple estimates from a list provided to us by Irwin Stone. Shane even came out twice for estimates because we couldn't make up our mind on a product and exactly what we wanted done.  We did have to wait a little for our estimates, but we were in no hurry as we had to get HOA approval before work could begin. In the end, we are very happy with our wall and steps and are still hearing from the neighbors how great it looks.

The job was scheduled and then weather became an issue.  The contractor did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the next window that he could perform the work, until the weather finally broke (2 weeks later).  Deer Valley showed up as arranged, quickly got to work and was completed in  just over 1 day.  The original plan was 1 01/2 days so they hit it on the mark.  The work was performed as agreed to with excellent quality.  The job site was cleaned.  All disturbed areas were seeded and covered with straw. 
Overall efficient and high quality, while delivering to expectations.
