Appeared professional, however, when we expressed concerns about the work that was done, he turned into a condescending jerk instead of having a conversation. Additionally, he tried to use the price of copper wire as an excuse for the shoddy work his employee did. They left a huge hole in the drywall and then reattached it crooked when they were leaving. He tried to say that because we didn't bring it up in conversation with the quote, that it wasn't his responsibility. Acted like everything was our fault when we reached out to him as the professional and subject matter expert. We won't be using them again, and will make sure the rest of the neighborhood knows about his approach to customer concerns and lack of professionalism

I had to wait a month for them to schedule, they were on time and had all tools to do the jobs ordered. They were very neat. However I spoke with the owner about the cost of the ceiling fan installation in depth at time of ordering and the price changed significantly once the work was complete. Very disappointing.
