It took several weeks for them to get to my order, but  it was worth waiting for. The workmanship was excellent.

I am very pleased with the results and will have a working chandelier for a long time.  I would definitely go back for lamp repairs.

They were prompt and professional.  They explained the cleaning process and offered advice on maintenance.

This was a fabulous experience.  They took the time to look at the lamp, discuss the alternatives and show me the materials that they would use.  I went with their recommendation and the hanging lamp is beautiful, in fact the new  light fixture portion shows off the stained glass much more than the original light fixture. 
The work was completed when promised and the price as quoted.
I highly recommend this shop.

I took in a table lamp which needed some repairs.  They told me it would take a week and that was what it took.

I had first taken the lamp to another shop, which had kept it for a month before telling me (a week after I called to check the status) that they could not repair the lamp because the space inside was too small for modern wiring. Another repair shop that offered just to look at it for me explained that the sockets and wiring were European and couldn't be simply repaired, they had to be replaced. That fellow suggested that a specialty shop would be the best bet. That led me to Wilson's Heritage in Towson. On the phone, they said they would have to see it to be sure, but they thought it sounded like something they could do. Upon arrival, they said it would be at least $200, but that they would get back to me after they looked further. They called within a week to say that it would requiring replacing all sixteen sockets and all wiring and would cost $400. This was slightly above the price quoted by the first place and was acceptable to me. The work was completed within a week or so. The staff was very pleasant during every interaction. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them for lamp repairs, especially for delicate and/or special items that require care and attention to detail.
