+ -1 moreI contacted Black and Decker, by mail, to receive a refund for the faulty product. I was told to call their service center to give them further information. Unfortunately, in order to get through to this center, you must have the electrical plug number. I did not have this, as I had thrown the oven away. I am very disappointed and will probably not buy any Black and Decker products again.
Description of Work: I purchased a Black and Decker Toaster oven in May of 2010. This oven caught fire while using the toast setting. I thought I had made a timing mistake, so I continued to use the appliance. Within a couple months, I again had a huge fire in the oven, which scared me. I threw the oven in the trash.
