Excellent Performance. Priced right. Timely with great customer service. I spoke to 3 Angie's List Mold contractors before engaging Chris. All came out quickly, said they would have me a quote the next day or so and then I never heard from them again. We had black mold covering two walls in our bedroom and a small additional amount in Kitchen. StopMold arrange for independent testing and a remediation plan, tore out walls and custom wood ceiling, remediated the mold, all done professionally and quickly.

Stop Mold was fantastic!!! They had the best price and the workmanship to go with it. They came on time, finished on time and were always in touch. Chris is a gem! I questioned him about everything because I trust no one. Chris would email and text me even late at night and on weekends. He wanted to make sure I knew everything that was happening. We had such a great experience that we had Stop Leak do our waterproofing and even hired them to do the rebuild. I can not recommend them more. In fact, I have recommended them to several people already.

There are too many positive words I have for Chris from Stop Mold to even fit into a review. This employee and his team exceed any expectations I had for any type of service performed! From the moment we called him, he has been supportive, responsive and extremely effective. Chris was constantly updating my husband and I on the status of our home daily, and I truly felt that he took the stress off of our shoulders. Outside of Stop Mold, Chris also recommended that we work with a VERY trust worthy mold testing company. With these two companies working so closely together to fix our home and becoming a team, I didn't stress nearly as much as I would, should I have gone with another company. He was always on top of his work, and provided live updates (pictures) on the house progress. This is the type of customer service that will bring any costumer back should they have a need. Chris, my husband and I thank you so much for everything you and your team has done for us. StopMold was fantastic! After our basement flooded, mold started to grow. Chris came out to take a look and walked me through exactly how the process worked. He rearranged their schedule so the team could get to work as soon as possible. My husband and I could not be home during the whole process, but we felt totally comfortable having them work while we weren’t there. Chris kept me updated via pictures and text messages throughout the process. They worked quickly but diligently to remove the mold. Would highly recommend!
