They showed up when promised. They were willing to explain the process as they went through it. After discussing with us, they used appropriate markers at all of the points. Very professional throughout.

I called Site Rite (Bernadette Moskunas), the process was explained thoroughly and a contract was e-mailed to me. I signed the contract and sent a deposit of $350, then an appt. was set for the survey by Bernadette.
On 9/26/12, the surveyor came out and explained what he was doing and how he was marking my property lines. My property was marked with wooded sticks with orange and green streamers. My neighbors couldn't miss them.
After the survey demarkations were visible, my 4 of 5 neighbors started mowing their yards up to my property lines. For 7 years we have paid to mow and treat more land than we owned. Only one of my 5 neighbors was truthful about his property line.
Bernadette was very responsive to my needs and was quick to survey my property, therefore quickly settling a neighborhood dispute. I found out that only one neighbor had surveyed his property. The rest were guessing wrong!!!

The Flood Zone status of my home had been changed by FEMA. I found this out in the middle of refinancing my house. The homeowner's insurance company needed a construction elevation certificate, which I thought was done by the builder. I had used Site Rite before to determine property lines when I first had my house built, and I was very pleased with their work. I e-mailed them and asked them for a quote and estimated turn around time for the certification. They promptly responded with both. Their price was more reasonable in comparison with other surveyors I contacted, and they finished the job in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company.
