 + -1 moreLess than 3 weeks after signing my contract with S & S my tenants (who had been in the property for years without a single problem) began calling me and emailing me about the unprofessional and unreliable service S & S provided. S & S breached our contract immediately by not providing timely services or communicating with my tenants. After providing S & S with a detailed list of all of their contractual infractions in less than a month, they told me I had signed a contract and they were not going to let me out. My tenants were so appalled by S & S's services, they refused to work with them. Since I fired S & S for breach of contract, my tenants have been perfectly happy, and S & S continues harassing me and sending me invoices for doing absolutely nothing. S & S does not care about tenants or owners. They are focused on getting as many properties as possible to manage for maximum profitability. It isn't easy to find good property managers in Baltimore City, but I immediately regretted engaging with S & S. Stay away!
Description of Work: I own a historic home in Baltimore City, and I needed a new professional property service to manage it after my current one moved out of the city.
