Ruxton Towing did a great job: prompt, accommodating on short notice, and extremely courteous.

I chose Ruxton Valley Towing because the company was so highly rated on Angie's List. Everything was a smooth as the other reviews on the website. I called Joe the day before to schedule an appointment for the next day and he quoted me the cash price. He called me the next day to let me know he was running late because of the weather, but still managed to show up early and tow the car quickly to its destination. Everything was exactly as he said it would be during the initial phone call. I would definitely use Ruxton Valley next time I need a tow.

I've never used a towed company before.  I had my prized Mercedes Benz break down at my son's place.  I explained to Joe that the MB had been sitting for at least 3 months and explained that 2 other tow companies refused to tow it.  One tow company (Franks) actually came to the location but refused to tow with their flat bed.  A second tow company (Pollards) located in Towson, MD claimed they were out of the service area?  I mentioned to Joe that he needed a tow truck that would get down a alley way and could angle in position to hook up.  I told him a flatbed would not be able to do the job. Joe claimed all he had was flatbed's and that he would be able to do it.  He was very confident. However, just to make it easier, I managed to push the MB into the alley for a easier access.  It was raining that day..  A steady drizzle.  But Joe showed up exactly at the time he said he would be there.  He was very friendly and I could see experienced.  I felt at ease that he knew what he was doing.  The tow to my brother's place went better then expected.  Once he arrived he placed the MB in my brother's carport in the exact place I wanted it.  I was more that satisfied and would recommend Joe  @ Valley Towing for any tow job in any weather.

Very friendly prompt service.  Towed my son's car and took him and his friend too and waited until I could pick them up as it was  very cold day.  It was a Sunday and so they couldn't take a credit card because he was out in the tow truck but he worked with me on the cash amount.  I would use them again in a heat beat.

Extremely well. Joe, the manager was very attentive and detail oriented during the entire process. He was easy to talk with in arranging the job and I was able to feel confident before we met at the job site. I will use them again for any of my towing or heavy machinery moving needs.

My car broke down inside a multi-level parking garage, so I had to call a couple different companies before finding one that had a truck low enough to get into the garage. The person who answered the phone at Valley towing was very knowledgeable about area parking garages and was able to confirm that they had a truck that could do the job As it turned out, the driver was able to roll my car out to the entrance of the garage and get it onto the rollback that way. He did a really good job, communicated effectively, and got my car to the dealership unharmed. Can't ask for much more than that! I would definitely recommend this company.

Ruxton Valley Towing was very professional, they made sure the car was safe when they lifted it to tow, and they left the car exactly where I expected.

They were honest and said I didn't need one at the moment.

They are friendly. They dont rip you off or try to sell you stuff you dont need or want. If they cant do it, they wont try. Very good value and honesty. They are well known in the area. They have changed my flushed my cooling system, changed oil, fixed lights, mounted tires, etc. Havent used them for anything heavy duty, but they have done a good job with what I requested. If you live nearby, this place is well recommended. Wait times are short

Ruxton has serviced a lot of my cars that I own; I primarily use them for all my regular maintenance. I think that they have reasonable rates. There have been no surprises that have come up.
