Roofing
A hailstorm came thru mid-June 2015. I signed a contract with Premier on July 23, 2015 to repair my roof and siding, that my insurance had approved. My insurance later approved some windows as well. I specified that I wanted Anderson windows, but they tried to install two other brands of windows, one of which greatly reduced visibility. They did not put in the correct windows until March 2016. The contract also said they would install soffits, but after the issues with the windows, they tried to add an extra charge for the soffits. Their materials are still at my house, although I have asked them to remove them. They also have not provided me with a bill. Their billing and customer relations are terrible. I would consider using them again, but only if the contract was spelled out very specifically and I had gotten bids from other companies.
