My wife attends classes here with a trainer and she loves it. My kids actually ask if we can go to the gym because they love the kids zone so much. The staff in the kid zone is awesome. I usually stick to the weight area and use the cardio cinema which is like a movie theater with some treadmills and ellipticals. It is a great set up.
This location of Merritt has an indoor pool and has recently added an outdoor pool. They have tons of cardio equipment and a decent sized free weight area. Most people practice proper gym etiquette. Equipment is newer and the lay out is well arranged.
I have lived in several different states and have seen the good and the bad when it comes to civilian gyms. This is the best all around gym I have ever seen, from the pools to the child care to the classes. If you are local you can't go wrong with this gym.

It is great. I love going there. They always have lots of machines available for cardio and they have a variety of classes. All the staff is really friendly. It is a decent price especially for all of the options that you have and they just opened a big outdoor pool which is included with their membership. It is a big facility. There are plenty of options to choose from and everything is very accessible. I have been a member for about 8 months already.
