Mike Schwemmer is a craftsman designer perfectionist fair priced contractor that can do any household work. He is in damaged out worth waiting for, He finishes work promptly and keeps work areas clean daily.

He did a complete gutting with over haul of appliances too. He knocked down and built a new wall. He replaced a door where the window used to me. I would not hesitate to have Mike Schwemmer come in and do the job. The best thing that I can say is that he takes a non square room and makes it square. He is very meticulous. The price was absolutely worth it. The only problems we had was with suppliers and not with his company. I can't think of anything he did wrong. I was really happy with the job. I would absolutely use him again.
