Title Companies
They handled the settlement for the sale of our home. We had pre-signed the paperwork and didn't attend. The Buyers messed up their loan so closing was delayed until late on a Friday. The Buyer moved into the house and NOBODY bothered to tell us that we wouldn't get our money until the following Monday. Our money sat in their account all weekend, I emailed and called but no one responded. Criminal.

Jane and Lisa were a pleasure to work with at every stage of preparing for and completing the closing. Jane came out to our realtor's office to perform the closing, which was convenient. She had everything organized, explained things clearly, and showed good cheer throughout.
