They recommended fabric color and style for us, and had the chair made for us. We have had the chair for four years now and are still very happy we purchased it.

I was disappointed in the chair. The symmetry is off in it and there are problems with the basic structure. It is not the right fit for me and I really can't use it. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they have a 3-day return policy and I was unable to return it on time due to some surgery I was having done. The staff was good and easy to deal with but they didn't seem to understand exactly what I needed.

Washington sent inspector who looked at the sofa and stated that it was ''normal'' and that all these sofas were like that. Unsatisfied I complained again and adjustor Katz was contacted, after initially not returning my call. He stated the same thing - normal; all are like that. I insisted on another sofa. New sofa was delivered and it was perfect. Interestingly, the delivery people had me on their list that day among 4 other people who were receiving replacement sofas/chairs. I suspect that had I not complained adamantly I would have been stuck with an inferior product. Make sure you get what you pay for!
