 + -1 moreI was disappointed in the chair. The symmetry is off in it and there are problems with the basic structure. It is not the right fit for me and I really can't use it. Unfortunately, I didn't realize they have a 3-day return policy and I was unable to return it on time due to some surgery I was having done. The staff was good and easy to deal with but they didn't seem to understand exactly what I needed.
Description of Work: I bought a chair from La-Z-Boy. I picked it up from the store. They loaded the chair in my car and I brought it home.

 + -1 moreWashington sent inspector who looked at the sofa and stated that it was ''normal'' and that all these sofas were like that. Unsatisfied I complained again and adjustor Katz was contacted, after initially not returning my call. He stated the same thing - normal; all are like that. I insisted on another sofa. New sofa was delivered and it was perfect. Interestingly, the delivery people had me on their list that day among 4 other people who were receiving replacement sofas/chairs. I suspect that had I not complained adamantly I would have been stuck with an inferior product. Make sure you get what you pay for!
Description of Work: Purchased a La-Z-Boy "Conrad" modular grouping in January '06. When delivered the sofa section had puckers in the material on the front/bottom. Delivery crew said this was normal from storage and it would lessen with use. Still there after 1 month. Called Towson store where it was purchased and salesperson put me in touch with adjustor out of Washington.
