This project went better than my wife and I could have expected. The guys at Kanon are pros who do what they say they're going to do, ensure that every detail is clearly understood by their clients, and who are true craftsman. They take quality work and client services very seriously. Yes, they cost a little more. But the peace of mind that comes with knowing that our home is in expert hands is worth it. Besides the great work they did and the wonderful experience, the story of this renovation from the client perspective is Kanon's flexibility. We had originally contracted Kanon to renovation our kitchen. We had gone through a long(ish) design process with them and signed a construction contract. We were then hit with a surprise expense and were forced to ask Kanon if we could cancel the contract. They agreed to cancel the contract and apply our original deposit to the basement renovation. The kitchen process is now back on track and we're planning more work with Kanon.

WE FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THE CONTRACTOR AND FOUND HIS ESTIMATE TO BE A FAIR ONE. WORK BEGAN WITHIN A FEW WEEKS A SCHEDULED. QUALITY WAS GOOD TO OUR SATISFACTION.
