The work was done faster than I could get back to pick them up! A temporary problem was the location of the shop, off in a corner of Towson Mall and the closure of a very large parking lot adjacent to Macy''s. I had to take a long hike to drop the shoes off. Fortunately, the lot was reopened by the time I went to fetch the shoes. Pay attention to where you park to use this business -- choose a location in the lot closeby or your visit will include a real trek!

I have a small leather black backpack purse that I had purchased in Italy and used continuously over the last 5 years. It is just the right size and has just the right exterior pockets for wallet and cell phone, and I have been unable to buy a similar replacement that is so small, functional, and balances nicely on my shoulder when full. It was looking pretty dogeared, the handle had partially pulled out of the bag, and I knew it was bad when my young adult sons told me that I needed a new purse- they are usually oblivious to that sort of stuff. I took it to Wayne and to my amazement it looked practically new when he returned it. He gave me advice on bringing it in annually for maintenance and I certainly will do that!

I called Hakky Instant Shoe Repair this morning to ask for directions. Wayne Harris has now moved to 919 York Road next to
Carousel Cleaners. Wayne did a wonderful job with my son's shoe repair. I dropped them off this morning and the shoes were ready by noon. He did an excellent job and reasonably priced! I would highly recommend his shoe repair services.

Hakky Instant Shoe Repair was very good and reasonably priced. They don't speak very good English so the communication was a little bit of a concern but once the work was finished I saw that it was very good. I would give him and lsquo;A's across the board and use him again in the future.

It wound up being at no charge. It was a consultation and he told me that he could fix it but it would come undone. He didn't feel comfortable doing that. He got big points from me for his honesty. What I didn't like is that they posted on their website that they were open on Sundays at 11:00 at the White Marsh Mall and the Towson Mall. Neither one was open; they were still not open at 12:00. I was annoyed with that. I started at White Marsh Mall and I drove to the Towson Mall because I was desperate; I needed these shoes for a wedding that day. He was honest but they should be open the hours they say they'll be open. Even if it was expensive, I would have done it anyway.

My experience with them has been good. The prices they charge are fair.

He did the work for free and he wouldn't even let me give him a tip. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
