THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DID ALL THE PAPERWORK. HE ASSURED ME THAT CLOSING WOULD COST NO MORE THAN $2000. THE SETTLEMENT ALSO TOOK PLACE AT MY HOUSE. THE SETTLEMENT CHARGES EXCEEDED THE $2000.00 THAT I WAS PROMISED, SO I RECEIVED A REFUND FROM FIRST CHOICE HOME MORTGAGE FOR THE AMOUNT OVER THE $2000.00.
