+ -1 moredown paymentThis is the Reverse Mortgaqe Company SCAMMER! Ian this company's rep called me about a year ago and said they could get me a Reverse Mortgage without any cost to me other than the appraisal and the reverse mortgage course. After jumping through numerous hoops with paperwork galore and staying home for the appraiser etc. for about 8 months all the time Ian said there would be no up front costs All of a sudden I could not reach Ian or anyone at the company. Only after threatening to contact the U.S. Attorney General did a Casey call me and said Ian left and formed his own reverse mortgage company. Casey had me jump through more paperwork hoops. She said we needed a new appraisal. No appraiser called nor could I reach Casey for 2 weeks I left numerous messages on her home phone. Now she is saying I need to put down a major down payment which is against federal regulations
