Apple Store Towson Town Center

All their services are excellent in every way.  It's a beautiful store where the staff is friendly and helpful.  They are very knowledgeable about their products.  Their policies seem very fair.  I have good luck with them.  I had problems with my computer and I replaced it with no problems.  It's a great place.

My computer was making a noise, they kept it over night and ran an intensive check on it.  They reported to me that everything check out okay.  I was still under warranty on my computer.  It is a very busy store with usually a long wait.  I have been pleased with Apple as a company over all and have used their products for several years.

Their customer service was excellent and they are wonderful at servicing the computer to your needs which will lessen the cost. Otherwise, the price is pretty standard. I enjoyed my purchase and will use them again.

Buying a computer from Apple Store Towson Town Center was the most positive experince you could have buying any electric product. Their salesman take their time with you and care about what you want. They go one on one with you and deecide what you need. I took one of my computers in and they fixed it in thirty seconds. Their products and one on one service is excellent. They also have online support.

They are very good. I would recommend them to other people any time. They were very courteous and really know what they are doing. I am very pleased with the service. My computer was fixed in no time and the fact that they didn t charge me was even better.

It went well. We love our Mac! One big advantage is Safari, which is not as likely to get a virus as the Internet connection that the PC used.

I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and they got me it right away without any extra questions or hoops to jump through. They recognized that I knew what I was talking about and helped me to get through the checkout process quickly, instead of trying to upsell me.
